Return & Refund Policy
At Tone Perfection, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Products must include original box, labels, and invoice (if provided)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a genuine issue such as damage, defect, or wrong item delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging or labels
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Free gifts, promotional items, or discounted clearance items
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund or alternative solution (as applicable)
4. Return Process
To request a return:

- Mention the reason for return
- Attach supporting images (if required)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat, 10AM–6PM PKT).
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item
In such cases, Tone Perfection will cover or compensate return shipping where applicable.
6. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile wallet
- Or any mutually agreed method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet.
7. Exchange Policy
We may offer product exchanges in cases such as:
- Damaged products
- Wrong item delivered
- Approved customer requests (subject to availability)
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
8. Order Rejection / Policy Abuse
Tone Perfection reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:
- Misuse or abuse of return policy
- Suspicious or fraudulent claims
- Returned items that do not meet eligibility criteria
